Raytheon Unveils Lighter, Faster, Stronger Exoskeleton Robotic SuitTewskbury MA (SPX) Sep 29, 2010 Raytheon unveiled its second generation Exoskeleton (XOS 2) at its research facility in Salt Lake City, Utah, during a demonstration with Paramount Home Entertainment.
