Discovery shuttle blasts off on last space odysseyCape Canaveral, Florida (AFP) Feb 24, 2011 The shuttle Discovery blasted off Thursday on its final odyssey into orbit, marking the beginning of the end for what has been a central mission of the US space program for three decades.
