Mass notification systems for 20 U.S. Marine Corps sites are to be designed, delivered and installed by Virginia-based Salient Federal Solutions Inc.
The work on the systems for notification of personnel in the event of emergencies, exercises, or other circumstances, comes under three task orders issued by the U.S. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic under an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
The three task orders are worth a combined total of $2.2 million.

"We will provide lifesaving mass notification technologies that will protect the service men and women, who dedicate their lives to defending our country."
Salient Federal Solutions did not elaborate on the locations of the USMC sites that will receive the systems
